 New No Rain in Retractable Roof Stadiums Weather Conditions - PES 2021 & Football Life 2026
================================================
Compatible: PES 2021 & Football Life 2026

Features:
🔸This is an update to the WeatherConditions mod.
It prevents rain in matches for teams playing on stadiums with retractable roofs, while maintaining the mod's existing weather system for other matches.
🔸Final matches are also covered with no-rain logic (because it was annoying).

🔸The mod currently includes the following teams:
Real Madrid,
Ajax,
Nagoya Grampus
LOSC Lille
Eintracht, Frankfurt
FC København
FCSB
Zenit St. Petersburg
Al Hilal
Athletico Paranaense
Vancouver Whitecaps
Atlanta United
